Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused
- include original tags
- be returned in its original packaging
- be in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized or custom-made products
- gift cards
- discounted or sale items
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
